After spending more than two decades working in the music industry through artist management, platinum songwriting, production, and creative development, we experienced firsthand both the opportunities and the challenges that artists face while trying to build lasting careers.
Over the years, we worked alongside talented artists, producers, and creatives at different levels of the industry and across multiple eras of music. Through those experiences, one thing became clear — real artist development was becoming harder to find. While access to music distribution and exposure became easier, many artists were still missing the guidance, structure, and support needed to truly grow their brand and reach their full potential.
That realization became the foundation for Echelon.
